I took an unintentionally long break from Substack because I turned 40 in May and it rocked me emotionally - in some ways that I saw coming, and some that I didn’t.
We are in the same life stages Sara. I have some issues with Esther Perel but some of her stuff lands. I'm scared I won't have a kid or find my person given that I just turned 39. I've learnt to embrace my monkey mind.
It's lovely across other women who've got the same challenges.
